Probably the most famous Nebula in the night sky, due to the spectacular Hubble Space Telescope known as the 'Pillars of Creation'.
The area is a cluster of very young stars. It was discovered by Jean-Phillippe de Cheseaux in 1745. The name derives from its visual appearance.
